Shipping for North America starts at $73 USD flat rate for the first item then goes up by weight.
All items are shipped via Australia Post, then with USPS once landed in USA with signature on delivery and tracking
Point Pod’s are currently shipped from our head office in Australia
Shipping Transit times are 5 – 7 days
Point Pod’s come with a 2 year warranty on all parts and labour.
For warranty issues Point Pod will cover all shipping costs and labour.
If we receive your Point Pod and it’s deemed a non-warranty issue then you’ll bear the costs of all the shipping, Point Pod will fix the unit for free.
Point Pod’s are designed to be easily removed and don’t need a tradesperson, please see video link below for removal guidance.
Requirements for returns and C.O.M Policy
returned within 30 days of the order being received;
as new and are not used, worn, or opened and have all original packaging and tags intact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
in a resalable condition;
not damaged in any way.
The customer bears the risk of return and is responsible for the costs of return postage and a restocking fee of 10%, and a 5% transaction fee
The goods will only be refunded once the goods are confirmed as received.
All approved refunds will only be transferred via a Direct Bank Transfer.
If you have chosen the wrong model Point Pod for your application,
we are happy to exchange if for a different model,
if the unit meets our returns/change of mind policy
If there is a difference in price you will either be refunded or required to pay the difference
Buyer assumes all shipping costs for any exchange
